Performance Training Built on Structure.
Structured, coach-led micro-group training delivered through monthly enrollment — designed for athletes who value consistency, durability, and long-term progress.
Structure isn’t a limitation — it’s the reason progress happens.
How Performance Training Works
Apply
Athletes apply to Performance Training to ensure the program is the right fit based on goals, readiness, and expectations.
Monthly Enrollment
Accepted athletes enroll on a monthly basis and are placed into a fixed micro-group with a consistent weekly training schedule.
Train with Structure
Athletes train within their assigned group each week. Progress is built through consistent attendance, intentional programming, and accountability — not makeups or drop-ins.
Performance Training is designed to reward consistency. Structure protects progress.
