Golf Performance Integration
For individuals whose primary sport is golf, Private Performance Coaching integrates a movement-first performance approach informed by Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening.
This process is used to identify physical limitations that may impact consistency, power, or durability and to guide training that improves how the body supports the golf swing. Coaching focuses on physical capacity, movement efficiency, and resilience — not swing instruction.
