Qualified junior golfers may progress into Apex after evaluation.
Development Program
The Development Program builds foundational athletic skills including mobility, balance, coordination, posture, and strength fundamentals. This program is ideal for younger athletes and those new to structured training.
2x per week training

Performance Program
Designed for competitive athletes ready for higher training volume and intensity. Performance training focuses on speed, strength, power, and movement efficiency.

Apex Junior Golf Program
Invite-Only, High-Performance Training
Apex is PSP’s highest level of junior golf performance training. This program combines individualized coaching, small group training, and on-range transfer sessions for motivated junior golfers.
Includes:
Weekly 1-on-1 private session
Weekly micro-group training
2 range transfer sessions per month
Performance tracking & progression
Important Notice: Apex placement is determined through an Apex Readiness Evaluation. Invitation is coach-directed.
