Training Schedule

PSP training follows a structured weekly schedule for youth programs and an appointment-based model for adult private coaching.
All training is application-based to ensure appropriate fit and expectations.

Youth Athlete & Junior Golf Training Schedule

Performance Development
Designed for athletes building foundational strength, movement quality, and sport-specific skills.
• Two morning sessions per week (Mondays & Wednesdays)
• Monthly training calendar released 30 days in advance

Performance Accelerator
Designed for competitive athletes seeking higher training intensity and performance optimization.
• Two morning sessions per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
• Monthly training calendar released 30 days in advance

Session Details
• Session times may vary based on season and athlete grouping
• All micro-group training sessions are 45 minutes

Micro-group sessions are intentionally capped to ensure individualized coaching, appropriate load management, and focused skill development.

Performance Apex Level Placement

Performance Apex athletes attend one (1) assigned weekly micro-group session on Tuesday or Thursday. Session day is coach-assigned to maintain training quality and group consistency.

Apex programming includes one (1) private 1:1 coaching session per week, scheduled by appointment only.

Adult Performance & Adult Golf Coaching

Adult coaching is delivered exclusively through private, one-on-one sessions. Scheduling is handled by appointment only and discussed after application approval.

Scheduling Expectations

  • Youth micro-group sessions follow a fixed weekly schedule

  • Adult and Apex 1:1 sessions are scheduled by appointment

  • Missed sessions are not made up

  • Schedule adjustments may occur due to holidays, travel, or coach availability

Families and athletes will be notified in advance of any planned changes.
