Private Session: Friday at 4:00 PM or Saturday at 9:00 AM
Group Session: One designated Junior Golf Performance group per week (Mon/Wed/Fri @ 5:00 AM)
Range Transfer Sessions: Scheduled selectively based on training phase and competition calendar

This program is designed for high-level tournament junior golfers pursuing peak performance, speed development, and long-term durability.

Elite athletes receive:

  • Individualized performance coaching through weekly private sessions

  • Exposure to competitive training intensity through one weekly Junior Golf Performance group session

  • Advanced speed, strength, and power programming

  • Recovery protocols and fatigue management

  • Tournament workload preparation and seasonal planning

Range Transfer Sessions are used to safely carry physical speed, strength, and balance improvements into live ball striking. These sessions focus on body control, tempo stability, balance at finish, and fatigue management under real swing speed.
Range Transfer Sessions do not include swing mechanics instruction or technical golf coaching.

This program blends custom private coaching, structured group performance, and selective range transfer integration to create the highest level of development in the system.

Placement is by coach invitation only and is limited to protect quality.
