This program is designed for competitive junior golfers age 10+ who want to increase swing speed, improve balance and control, and reduce the risk of back and hip injuries.

This is NOT swing coaching. We build the athlete behind the swing through structured performance training.

Training focuses on:

  • Rotational power development

  • Core stability and trunk control

  • Hip mobility and separation

  • Balance and deceleration mechanics

  • Speed and force production

  • Injury prevention for the spine and hips

Athletes follow progressive training blocks designed to improve both performance and durability throughout the season.

Junior Golf Performance is designed as the primary training pathway for competitive golfers. Athletes demonstrating advanced work capacity, consistent attendance, and competitive readiness may be considered for Elite Junior Golf Performance by coach invitation only. Elite training includes private performance coaching and structured range transfer integration.
