This program is built for beginner and developing junior golfers age 10+ who are new to physical training or preparing for competitive play.

Athletes develop:

  • Basic balance and body control

  • Core stability

  • Mobility for safe rotation

  • Introductory speed training

  • Proper movement mechanics

This program creates the base level athletic capacity required to safely progress into higher performance training.
