Youth Athlete Development

Micro-groups (2–4 athletes) built around structured strength, speed, and confidence development.

Junior Golf Performance

Golf-specific performance coaching that builds physical capacity and durability using TPI-informed screening (no swing instruction).

Adult Performance Coaching

Private 1:1 coaching integrating physical training with performance coaching for strength, resilience, and consistency on and off the course.

Adult Golf Performance is a specialized private 1:1 path for golfers seeking distance, consistency, and durability.

Standards & Expectations

  • Youth micro-group sessions follow a fixed weekly schedule

  • Adult coaching and Apex 1:1 sessions are scheduled by appointment
