Adult Golf Performance Coaching at Pivotal Stone Performance is delivered through a structured, private coaching model designed to fit the demands of adult life while maintaining a high standard of performance development.

All coaching is one-on-one, by appointment only, and application-based to ensure appropriate fit, expectations, and coaching quality.

Step 1 — Apply
Complete a short application so we can understand your background, goals, and readiness for private coaching.

Step 2 — Performance & Movement Assessment
We assess strength, mobility, stability, and movement patterns that influence golf performance, durability, and consistency. TPI-based screening may be incorporated as appropriate.

Step 3 — Build the Plan
You receive a structured training plan designed around your goals, schedule, and long-term performance needs.

Step 4 — Train & Transfer
Private sessions are conducted by appointment at the PSP private facility. Optional range transfer sessions focus on applying physical improvements to real playing conditions—without coaching swing mechanics.

Sessions are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability. Missed sessions are not made up. Flexible scheduling is designed to accommodate working professionals while maintaining consistency and accountability.
